Order Processing
Ready-to-wear jewelry is processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
Some items are made to order and require a production time of 3–6 weeks. If your order falls into this category, our team will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
For ready-to-wear rings, the available size is listed in the product description. If a complimentary resizing is requested, please allow up to 2 additional weeks before shipment. Please note that resized rings are final sale.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via a trusted carrier (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or DHL) and include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has shipped.
All shipments are insured, and a signature is required upon delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Payment & Taxes
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments using your selected payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
For orders shipped within Canada, applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
For international orders, taxes and duties are not collected at checkout and may be charged by local customs authorities upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom and made-to-order projects and to begin production.
This deposit represents a commitment from both parties and covers the time, resources, and design work undertaken by Zofeni, including consultations, correspondence, sourcing, and production planning.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the project for any reason, the deposit will be retained by Zofeni as compensation for work completed and opportunity costs incurred. At Zofeni’s sole discretion, the deposit may be issued as store credit toward a future purchase.
