Due to the personalized nature of most of our pieces, our exchange and return policy may vary depending on the type of purchase. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our team, taking into account the customer and the specific project.
Eligible Items
Items eligible for an exchange or store credit must:

Be returned in their original packaging
Be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
Non-Eligible Items
Personalized, custom-made, or resized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
